Alice K. Kunka, Ph.D.

is an instructional designer. She has designed instructional materials for all age levels, including preschoolers and graduate students, and has developed educational software, teacher's guides, and textbooks for major educational publishers. She received a bachelor's degree in elementary education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, a master's degree in educational media from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Ph.D. in educational communications and technology from the University of Pittsburgh. In addition, she works as a diaconal minister in the United Methodist Church.
